All you need for your first appointment is access to a device with a working microphone, speaker & video. You’ll also need connection to reliable internet.

We use Microsoft Teams to hold your appointments. We are able to send appointment links for you to join without needing an account with Microsoft. All you have to do is click the link and we’ll take it from there!

Prior to your appointment, we’ll send you a link via email that you need to click to join a meeting with your practitioner. This may be sent out anytime from the day prior, to the day of your appointment, so don’t stress if you don’t receive it immediately!

Absolutely! Once your appointment has been paid for, we’ll send you a receipt through email which can be submitted to your private health provider.
